Chat room Flooders and how to get rid of them :-)

Okay I'm gonna rant and rave for a few minutes and than I'm going to let you in on a few secrets to rid your chat room of that "Special" type of chat room trolls called FLOODERS.

How many of you have been in a perfectly nice conversation with your friends in a public chat room when suddenly some Idiot starts posting the same DAMN post over and over again?!? Growls its usually some lame bull shit like "I'm sooooo Horny PLEASE Girls mail me let me JERK off over phone for you!!!"

Or another perfect example is this guy's post Heartagram999 M Does any xwetx FEMALE want xcumx?

Or this one Jediknight 28 M Any girls want their dad or bro but scared? Pm me

Or stingray14 16 F Who's done a pet and what kind dan u got pix vids

Points to the above posts THOSE ARE TROLL POSTS AND OFTEN FLOOD THE ROOM WITH THEIR BULLSHIT!!

Okay Now (rolls my head around relaxing my neck and cracking my fingers) Let's show you a few ways to shoot these turkeys down and GET THEM OUT OF YOUR ROOM :-)

Step #1 Take your problem to an OP (shortcut for Operator ie the people who can BAN flooders and trolls)

Step #2 If there are No OPs in your room when the flooder or troll is in room, Go to the room creator.

Step #3 Send a message to Support thru the private messaging system. Just go to your mailbox click on the word compose and send a message to Support. Filling out a message and giving them as much of the information as you can such as the flooder's Screen name and what room they should be observing.

Step #4 Call AirG at this phone number (604) 408-2228 or you can try this Customer Service: +1-604-408-2220. Remember this call may be a long distance phone number and you will probably have to dial 1 at the beginning of the call.

Step #5 Ask that AirG have a technician watch the room while the flooder posts and to have them please BAN the flooder. Be sure to tell the AirG personnel what the Flooders name is and which room that you are having the problems in. :-)

How to get onto AirG Chat from your Computer

Hmmmm is she waiting for you on AirG? Follow the steps below to possibly find her.




If you're like me and have enjoyed talking to all the different interesting people on AirG chat rooms or one of its many affiliates such as Boost Hookt. Not only will you enjoy the time you're able to talk on your computer but you'll also save money because you won't have to pay the usual fifty cent log in fee per twenty four hour session. Things You'll Need:
computer (either laptop or desktop)
time (about 20 minutes for download)
friends on AirGames chat rooms (or make friends once on AirGames chat)


Step 1
First of all, you'll turn your computer or laptop and launch your normal web browser. If you don't have firefox as your browser, download the FireFox3.0 download following the directions at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

DO NOT UPDATE To 3.5.4 for right now. If you update you will not be able to get onto AirG Chat rooms.

Step 2
Download this XHTML Mobile Profile 0.5.3 (commonly called a WAP addon)

Step 3
Once that is done downloading, download the pref button at this web address.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1851 This add on to the firefox system will allow you to spoof as other web browsers such as opera, Netscape, Mozilla, MSIE, KeepOut, and Default.

You Click onto the Pref button go to the bottom of pref options to SPOOF. Click onto KEEP OUT button. :-)



Step 4
Okay you're almost thru now :-) Open foxfire browser, click onto the spoof button setting it on Keep Out, finally you will type EXACTLY THE FOLLOWING Website for AirG.

Msnmobile.airg.ca (this site you WILL be able to get into "User Rooms")

OR this site typed EXACTLY THE FOLLOWING Website for AirG. http://bbwapout.airg.com/
However using this site WON'T allow you into "User Rooms"


Step 5


Now start chatting :-)

Remember when you are in a chat room that some people will have ulterior motives when talking to you such as attempting to win your trust so they can "meet" you or perhaps try to "borrow" money from you.
Take steps to keep yourself safe....Never give out your phone number or meet anyone until or unless you feel you'd like to meet them. Always take a friend or make arrangements for your friend to call you at a specific time to check on you.

Hi, Howdy, Hola, Hey I'm FreeSpiritChick and I wanted to welcome you to my AirG chat room blog.

I have been on AirG chat for about 3 years. So far, I've seen the Good (good friends and great people to know), the Bad (perves and cheating spouses), and the Ugly (pedophiles and cheating spouses also).

I made this blog to help guide you thru the AirG maze of rooms and to give you tips and tools to enjoy your time on AirG. I know there are alot of people who enjoy this service on their mobile phones and I wanted to pass on some of my experiences, tips, and insights to some of the newcomers to AirG chat and to also give people a place to vent their frustrations about AirG policies and or situations from AirG.

This is just the first of hopefully several blogs all about AirG chat. I'm hoping to help out people and also make a little money through the ads that I plan on putting up. My first goal though is to help people get onto AirG and also to guide you through some of the problems that occur.
